Neue Focus goes behind the scenes to capture food photography and lifestyle shots of the kitchen crew of The 1881. See the team prep a Tasting Service a couple weeks before the Grand Opening.

The 1881 is housed at the historical, Mansion on Sutter, it will showcase seasonal Contemporary California-French cuisine that is complemented by a world-class wine program. The restaurant’s kitchen is headed up by Chef John Goulette and the venue.
