The kitchen’s abundance of windows and French doors flood the room with natural light and fresh air. A breakfast room feeds directly into the kitchen. Adjacent is an open formal dining room feeding into a wine-tasting room. Just beyond is a state-of-the-art wine cellar with full temperature control. Also on the first story sits a maid’s room complete with bath. In the annex, a wooden staircase leads up to the second floor. In the master suite, another cedar vaulted ceiling sits over french doors that lead into a forward-facing balcony. Dual bathrooms both feature luxurious slab marble and walk-in closets with windows looking out onto the pool.

With floral pieces by Picasso, Botticelli screenprints by Warhol, and even a piece by Basquiat, the home is replete with priceless bluechip masterpieces.
